Basic Requirements:
- All vehicle documents must be valid: RC, Insurance, Permit, Fitness, and PUC
- Driver must carry a valid driving license and ID proof
- Vehicle must have working AC, seat belts, and basic amenities
- No last-minute duty cancellations without prior approval
- Driver must follow company routing and reporting instructions
- Night duty and outstation duties must be accepted as per requirement
- Toll, parking, and state tax receipts must be provided when applicable
- Any damage, challan, or rule violation during duty will be vendor’s responsibility
- Mobile phone usage while driving is strictly prohibited

- Vehicle should report with sufficient fuel before duty start
Recommended Additional Conditions:
- Vehicle must be neat, clean, and well-maintained at all times
- Driver must maintain polite and professional behaviour
- Driver must wear proper uniform or formal dress with shoes
- Vehicle registration year must be between 2021 and 2026
- Vendor must ensure on-time pickup and drop for every duty
